Refund Policy

1. Overview

ConvertBag is operated by KodSanat. ConvertBag is a digital subscription service. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans offered through ConvertBag.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

If you purchase, renew, or upgrade a paid subscription to ConvertBag, you may request a refund within 14 days of the relevant charge date.

Refund requests made after the 14-day window may not be eligible.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that date.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically submit a refund request. If you want a refund, please contact us within the 14-day refund window stated above.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Paddle, our payment provider. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear.
